Since 2004, we've been on a mission to nurture young minds, but we're more than just a nursery – we're a self-supporting, not-for-profit charity with a purpose.
Our journey began as part of the Neighbourhood Nursery Initiative, born from the heartfelt belief that every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and play in a supportive environment. As a not-for-profit organization, every penny we receive from fees is reinvested right back into the heart of our nursery, ensuring that your child's growth and development are at the core of everything we do. Learning Through Play
Teaching at The Park Neighbourhood Nursery is not formal. It is centred around the child in response to their interests and developmental stage. Through careful observation and intervention, we can capture the ‘teachable moment’ and make a difference to the child’s progression at that very point when they are most motivated and involved. This moment may be during play, but could also occur through conversational interactions, or an adult-led activity.
